Strangest/Sickest/Weirdest game you've ever played?

An odd hentai game my sis got out of curiosity...I couldn't pronounce much less spell the title. It had every nasty and terrible aspect of hentai from incest to tentacles.

I'm going to have to go with Alice for the PC. Warped my childhood like no other game has ever done to this day. Though I suppose most people who are hardcore Alice in Wonderland fans are a little messed up in the head anyway.

That game captivated me more than warp me.

Though, I guess I am kinda messed up...

Hmmm, well almost all horror games (Manhunt, Silent Hill, Fatal Frame etc...) can make the list to some extent. Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines had it's moments as well. Hard for me to pick a stand out selection simply because I'm so jaded that few things phase me and it's hard to pick something out from memory that ever really got me.

Also I think games have been going down hill in this area for a while, companies are just too afraid to push the envelope anymore.
