Tans, whether real or fake; blonde hair; piercings in the cheek or upper lip (anywhere else is fine though).

That weird, Duck-faced pouting thing when people get a photo taken. Luckily the trend seems to have died down a bit now, but I know several people who still do it.

Fake tans, in combination with really obviously dyed blonde hair. I don't know why. I think it's just distracting, or maybe it's just that so many people here get this look that I can't tell them apart. I dye my hair too, but I think it's the bleached colour that gets me. Something about it gets all...ehh...
and i live in england so most this describes most girls quite sadly

also there so no bigger turn-off that a girl with really short hair or long hair with one side shaved

Big boobs. Seriously, if I don't think they suit the girls body then I just think it looks weird... Oh and fake tans. If my girlfriend got a fake tan (totally hypothetical, she's actually sensible) I'd probably get dumped because I wouldn't stop laughing...
And too many piercings. I know, I'm a metalhead... I do like piercings. But I've met girls with like 8 piercings in their face. Not cool.

Accents are a really big thing with me, perhaps it's because I lack my native accent but I just can't stand most of the Dublin accents, they just grate against the ear.
Hair length/colour. I'm a fan of short kinda tomboyish hair, but when you see those ladies who stroll about wielding as it were a tornado's worth of hair it's just off-putting, as is badly dyed hair (I've seen blonde-black-blond-purple before)
Dress sense. Glitter pink adidas pjyama tracksuit, 'nuff said.

Short hair. I got really long hair myself, and I love long hair on a woman. They gotta have it to get my attention!

As hypocritical as it is, glasses are a turn off. I'm sorry, but I have never once seen the appeal to the 'Sexy Librarian' look. She can have the body and face of a goddess, but the glasses are just...just...I don't even know. Like I said, it's hypocritical since I wear glasses too, but I guess I just don't think women look good in them.
See, now, I'm the type of person who is drawn to a woman more if she's wearing glasses. Meh, each to his own.

Anyway, I have nothing against them, but I don't think I'd be able to stand dating a woman from Newcastle (Tyne-and-Wear, UK for specificity) or anyone who has a Geordie accent for that matter...

On the other hand, an Irish accent... yum! (not Northern, sounds oddly harsh on the ear)

Short hair, definitely short hair. And a major over-use of... Correct me if i'm wrong... Foundation? The stuff that makes their skin look like an over-polished porcelain egg. Why is it that so few people these days seem to have forgotten that for literally hundreds of years women didn't have to wear all this nonsense on their face and people got by just fine.
Also, and I know i'll most likely get raged for this, but generally I find that anyone who's a fan of JLS just doesn't click with me. Ever. At all. >.<

Feet. I've never come across an attractive foot. I think I might hate feet, I really hate touching them too. Especially my own. Especially individual toes. UHGughdj.
I actually have a slight phobia of feet. They say it's lazy if a man keeps his socks on "in bed"...yeah, I'd enthusiastically encourage keeping them on.
I know your pain.
So, yeah, feet. *Shudders*

Also, really short hair. A guy's hair shouldn't be longer than mine, but he shouldn't look like a baked bean, either.

Tattoos and short hair on girls, and piercings (except for ear)
same here...also facial hair and too much makeup - like they are overcompensating for something

Feet, i mean all feet are hideous, I don't hold a grudge against girls with feet though.

Most have them after all.

Posture. A lot of younger (17~22) girls have this awful thing where you can tell they don't know how to wear heels because they have a curve in their spine that forces their stomach out. And on that vein, jeggings. Sure they're fashionable, hell no they don't suit you. You're fat. Welcome to cold, harsh reality.
But I'm perfect, so I get to pass judgement ;-)

I honestly must say that for the first time in my life I am reading that someone can find knees odd.... o_O That's OK, I am just so... surprised. *checks own knees*

I like to think that really nothing bothers me, I like people the way they are with all the thingies that come on their body, artificial or not.
BUT there is one thing that I can't control about me and that's my throwing up reflex that tends to get in action whenever I smell something unpleasant, even if that may be a perfume that's really strong. That said, you don't want to see my teary eyes and blue face from holding my breath while in public transportation... I have no idea why am I like that.
