Strangest way you have been woken up.

Crashed at a friend's house but there was lack of space, so I slept in the bathroom.
At some time the next morning I was gently nudged awake by his housemate with only a too-small towel wrapped round his waist asking me to move as he wanted to use the shower.
I was lying on my back facing up. He was standing almost directly over me. I repeat- only a too small towel.

My rabbit escaped from his cage. Woke up with him sitting on my face. Took me a while to feel like I had cleaned my nose and mouth from rabbit hair.

Being hoisted to the ceiling by a rope attached to my feet surrounded by a group of masked guys with AK-47's pointed at me in Iraq... probably the closest I have come to soiling myself in my adult years, hilarious practical joke though.

My strangest was probably last night after the biggest uni night of the year. I woke up after an evening and morning of heavy drinking, fully clothed and on the kitchen floor to one of my flatmates using a traffic cone as a fake leg and saying "I'll eat your soul!" with the Talking Carl iPhone app. I screamed and Talking Carl mocked me....

I was sleeping at a friends house. When suddenly his crazy father bursted through the door in the morning. He threw ice cold water at us and shouted that we were being attacked. He told us to run out of the house, we did it and then he closed the door with the key. Since it was only about 5 o'clock in the morning we just went to sleep in the garden. Apparently he did that to punish us, for coming late and very drunk home.

My bed collapsed. Unfortunately, not in a way I could brag about.

I was about twelve, sound asleep in my bed, and one of the welds near the head of my bed frame gave way, leaving me with my head almost on the floor and my feet at normal bed level. The hell of it? I woke up, thought "Wow, I'm crooked" and drifted off again.

But not for long. A few seconds later my father came running into the room hollering and dragged me out of the bed like it was on fire. Yes, dragged me. Grabbed an arm and pulled. THAT was what woke me up completely!
