SUPER SMASH BROTHERS VS. CAPCOM

My only fear would be that they might cut out a lot of Nintendo characters to have a medium sized roster.

However, I wouldn't complain about an enormous roster either.

so why not cash in on the Capcom Vs. craze and give every fighting game and Nintendo fan what they want?

Considering it would have to be on a Nintendo system, I doubt it would be what they want. Cute idea though. Loved the idea of Balrog vs Little Mac. But what was the last game for wii that was a hardcore fighter? I mean Tatsunoku(sp?) vs Cap didn't exactly fly off the shelves nor did Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core.

I'd play it, but only if it had SSBM mechanics. Let's see how much those Street Fighter guys like their 'combos' and 'blocks' when I'm punching them out of the screen.

This would be a great game. I've rather see a Marvel vs Nintendo game though, that way I could have my dream fight of Captain America verus Captain Falcon.

That'd be cute. But only if it was made like a proper fighting game. How can you hodouken if you can quarter circle? Oh God, Lucas and Ness would be unstoppable with their projectiles.

EDIT: Really I'd rather see Konami vs Capcom or even better yet Atlus vs Capcom.

Sakura, no doubt about it. Mario's emotional ball and chain vs. Ryu's fangirl. It's a perfect match-up.

Yeah but make it in the Smash Bros engine, I would love to see Ryu fare in a Platformer with insane items and fighting elements.

Not Capcom vs. Nintendo... Capcom usually has a habbit of being polite about it and going second in the title.

I would love to have this become reality. God yes.. maybe they'll add in Travis Touchdown for the Nintendo side? One can only hope.

What if they went the Tekken X Street Fighter route and made 2 versions of the game, 1 with the ... vs. Capcom engine and another using the Brawl engine.

I mean, Link has already been in the SC system.

It'd be cool to see, but there's one problem. Would you have the fighting system of street fighter, or of brawl. I may be stereotyping but I doubt that the majority of brawl players would go through the effort of learning to play a more complex fighting game like street fighter.

That would be a way better mash-up than Tatsunoko vs. Capcom because at least the other 90% of the world would know who half the roster is.

I wouldn't mind seeing a triple mash-up fighting title, or even quadruple. Marvel vs. Capcom vs. Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe vs. Tekken vs. Soul Calibur vs. Nintendo. It'd be awesome, with teams of Captain America, Solid Snake, and Nightmare going up against Deadpool, Green Lanturn, and Darth Vader.

I want a Fighting game that is worked on for well over 20 years that uses EVERY fighting game and EVERY character from those fighting games. That would be on hell of an epic cross over.

Jesus Akuma vs. Wario? That fight would be over in five seconds. Akuma vs. Ganondorf would be a lot fairer.
OT: Kick ass can we have like Frank West vs. uh... Damn is there anyone on Nintendo's side for that? I would definitely play this.

It'd be more logical for the game not to be console specific. Hardcore fighting games on the Wii don't sell. (Guilty Gear Accent Core anyone?) Nice concept but it wouldn't do well due to Nintendo marketing the Wii as the "casual" console. That and the history of most 3rd party games on any Nintendo console usually ends with, "commercial disappointment".
