Music is my usual escape. However, I'll take naps if I have the time.

That actually helps a little bit with stress. I'm not sure how though...

Lots of music, mostly. If I really get stressed some metal always helps. Since a year or so I've been a stress-free person by nature though, I just relax a lot and don't get upset about stuff anymore.
i wish i could be like that but i think in order for me to be like that i would have to get rid of all the stress i have already which is a hard thing to do haha

Buy a month of WoW, play for a week or so. That's for very stressful times, but in the usual stress-relief cases I watch a DvD or ride a bike.

I should take up Karate.

Depends on how stressed I am. If it's only lightly a gaming session will do the trick. If ot's the other end smoking a blunt while listening to some smooth jazz will do the trick.

I have a very zen approach to it really. I pretty much just have a sit, reflect and pick apart the stress and it's roots, and then let my thoughts fall to the side. Not the easiest thing to do, takes work and I can't shake things off all the time, but it still is a big help..more so when I'm reminded that.. that's life, things happen that can be stressful so it's best to just keep moving, and roll with the punches.

I will have to attempt that some day =D
it sounds like it would be a very effective way of handling stress of course you need the patience to do it.

I've never really been stressed. Except when I'm running late for, like, a train I've gotta catch. But that doesn't really count, does it?

I kill people to releive stress. The method depends on what game I chose to releive stress with. Usually by unloading clip after clip of ammo into enemies.

Of course it is, but I didn't think it really had anything to do with the question since if you make it on the train, or whatever, then the stress just goes away, y'know?

Murder. Lots and lots of bloody, excessively violent and endlessly creative murder.
