Cheating is cheating, but the school system sucks ass anyway so it barely matters. Most test are about retention of information, not the ability to think.

So I would qualify that cheating on remembering facts (anything you can write down on a piece of paper or body part and refer to during a test) is far less important than straight up handing in someone else's work for an assignment.

Who is to blame for this phenomenon of decreasing academic integrity?
Everyone. Teachers can easily stop it, kids can easily not do it, and there's probably something parents can do. Maybe teach their kids some freaking morals for once?

Have you cheated in school before?
Yeah, but it's not like I ever copied a whole test. Only one or two problems I forgot, or they were really cheap questions no one but the smart kids I've sat next to would ever expect to see on a test.

What do you consider "cheating?"
Copying answers off another's test, using not-your-brain sources for information unless your teacher or the test said you could do otherwise, asking for answers. You know, anything against the rules... which is exactly what cheating is.
