As an international student in Canada, you will pay roughly 2-4 times as much as domestic students in tuition. Student visas can take a really long time if you're not from a few specifically targeted countries; I don't know for sure, but I suspect that Denmark isn't one of them. That said, Canada's post-secondary institutions are among the best in the world.
Paying tuition fees in Canada is, I imagine, the same as paying tuition fees anywhere. I do it with online banking the same way I pay my credit card.
Basically, if you can afford it, and if you think you'd enjoy living in Canada (maybe a vacation is a good way to test that), you could do a hell of a lot worse. Just make sure you ignore all of the people telling you to go to prairie cities ? they're too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter, and boring and ugly all year round.
