I like Warhammer 40k, the 'crack is cheaper' genre (specically necrons, an underloved race ;( ).

Also some stuff not appropriate for these forums, and I enjoy playing all manner of games if I hear they are good e.g. Witcher, Planescape torment, Dungeon Keeper, this many years on.

I like a lot of children's cartoons. They're actually a lot cleverer than most adults give them credit for. Shows like Spongebob Squarepants are actually pretty funny and can be quite clever - hey, kids aren't stupid you know, and not every show aimed at kids is stupid either.

Now the next thing is tough for me to admit..... but I actually kind.... sort of....liked one of the dune prequels. Yes, they were atrocious. YES, when compared with the original Dune novels, they're absolute trash - but the thing is, I read the prequels first - which made them ever slightly more palatable. Of course, when I actually read the proper Dune novels, the sheer awfulness of the prequels was made evident, and I was embarrassed to admit ever owning a copy of the prequels (because let's face it they were really.... really bad. You have no idea how bad the dune prequels are - I mean, fan fiction written by a blind drunk with brain damage whose only knowledge of dune was told to him verbally by a dog would have constructed a better prequel than the sheer horrendous books made by Kevin J Anderson and Brian Herbert).
