Oddly enough, beef. I didn't like hamburgers or steaks for the longest time. I'd eat chicken all the time, but it wasn't until I was about 16 that I liked beef.

Alcohol, electric guitars, hard rawk music, and the english language. All the things that make my life worth living now.

What a demented twit I was.

I hated Street Fighter as a kid. Now I love it. Granted, this may not count because it was Street Fighter II I hated, and I still do (I'm a fan of IV and Third Strike), but it's the best I got.

Caesar dressing. I only just started enjoying it when I first bought a wrap at this place on campus earlier in the semester. I knew it had Caesar dressing on it, but I decided to tough it out and eat it, since in may have been one of the only healthy things I would eat during the semester. Now, after numerous consumptions, I quite enjoy Caesar dressing.

Onions and spicy food, I hated them as a kid and now I love them, but I won't admit it to anyone in my family, it would seem like a sign of weakness to go back on my onion and spicy food hating ways this late in the game.

Eggs, my parents fed me too much of them as a kid so I started hating them. Now I love them again, especially with (turkey) bacon :)

Mushrooms. Now they're like small squishy bits of heaven to fry with a bit of garlic and butter and put on toast.

Pineapple.

...though I still despise pineapple-flavored candy, I love fresh pineapple.
Pineapple flavored candy tastes like ballsweat smells.
What? How do you...? Eww

OT - I'm with the mushroom lovers. Used to be afraid of them when I was a kid, evil fungus things growing in the rainy forests in the dark when no one was looking. Not to be trusted. Now, I completely loves shrooms!

Caramel. I used to hate it, but now I like it. I wouldn't call it something I love but I don't squirm at the sight of it. Eggs were another, I still don't care for them in most forms but I like them scrambled and love french toast. I was an odd kid in the sense that I loved (and still love) vegetables especially broccoli. I was actually surprised when I found out that most kids don't like it.

Most of the other stuff I hated when I was a kid and told I would grow out of I still managed to retain my dislike thereof. Seafood and Jell-o are to examples of this.

Heavy Metal- I only ever used to like rap music now I've realized what pretentious shit that is and to listen to the lyrics of songs.

I hated fantasy until I found Highlander and Spice and Wolf.(Though Spice and Wolf is more Economic drama than Fantasy.)

I hated alcohol as a kid. Well, not really alcohol, but intoxicated parents. They tend to become more abusive. But now-a-days, it's not that bad. Sure, alcohol isn't my drug of choice, but considering the issues of legality and shit I cop from the fiancée when indulging in better intoxication, it's a decent trade off.

Girls and vegetable only meals.
Sometimes the salad is the meal now and not just the replacement for the fries.
*this does not mean I'm a vegan or a vegetarian, I still love meat especially game meats*

In the opposite order...
I used to be religious now I totally dropped it, thank you personal identity development!
I also used to like all sorts of bulk garbage candy.
Same for ketchup chips.
