So as I type this I'm currently in the steam browser window with DayZ in the background ( Playing Taviana ). I've set my character to auto-SWIM and decided I could use other peoples tales of woe and stupidity to tie me over.

To continue the story, earlier today a few people were flying a little-bird ( Heli ) and me and my friend sat and cautiously watched with an M107. We aksed them if they'd seen a Heli or a boat because we wanted to go to the High value oil rig loot in the north-east and they said "No, we haven't seen any!" a likely story indeed!

So it wasn't 'till roughly an hour ago when we had a genious plan! Find a plane, fly low and slow and bail over the oil rig boat spawns...so taking only a double-barrel shotgun and basic medical supplies to negate loss if we died and also to have something to defend ourselves with, we set off and found a plane. On our fly over we discovered that the players had a base on the island just before the rigs with ALL the Heli's and boats that had spawned on the map, but not the planes. ( Not enough space to land 'em ) So we decided to bail over there instead! Our plan to destory/move ALL the vehicles there to strand them and also to eat/waste all their food and ammo for "Teh Lulz". As you can assume...this did not go to plan.

We were lining up on the island when it appeared it wasn't where I thought it was ( We passed to get a good line up and having nothing to navigate it I missed it by a few hundred metres ) so we ended up being lost over sea, with little fuel and then...THEN " SERVER RESTART IN 60 SECONDS" We both panicked not sure what to do and bailed at mach 3 into the ocean.

Upon re-joining moments later, we discovered the plane exploded and we were now in the ocean. So, as I type this...I've got a 1,500 Metre swim ( it was 3,000 Metres ) To the island hoping that I don't die before I reach it. *Just to add in...I've been swimming for 46 minutes at this point...*

So my dear escapists! Share your stories and keep me entertained! :D

League of Dives.

Tower Dive. We must. Tower Dive. Dive EVERYTHING. Annie with Tibbers stun up? Dive! Cassiopeia with her ult? Dive! Entire enemy team protecting their tower? DIVE!

Oh and I tried to 2v1 as Annie today when I was on half health and they were both on full because fuck bitches I am ANNIE. I died of course but they both ALMOST died. Paratrooper Tibbers is just that amazing.

Oh and then there was that time when, it wasn't my mistake but someone made this INCREDIBLY stupid decision to use the worst Gragas ultimate EUW. I was playing Annie, the entire enemy team was in a warded bush all cramped together for this awesome 5 man Tibbers stun. So the very moment I drop Tibbers, this fucking Gragas ults EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM out of the radius then then they instagib all of us and immediately push to win.

I've seen some throws in my time... That one barrel was the game and he threw it.

Oh and whenever I pick Phoenix in UMVC3. Always a stupid decision. I'm better at playing regular Phoenix instead of hording 5 bars and just relying on Dark Phoenix the whole time. She has 400k health, she could get hit by ONE super and immediately die from full health. No amount of mobility, damage or comeback mechanics can make up for that.

Plus nobody respects Dark Phoenix players. People seem to be fine with me putting her on point and not bothering to horde any bars though. It must have been her salt-inducing Broken Tier status in Vanilla.

In Demon's Souls during the Penetrator fight I let Biorr get his assed handed to him because I thought he was a blue eyes that had followed me in through the fog. By the time I realized it was Biorr, he was dead. I also lost the fight even though Biorr had taken 3/4 of the Penetrators life away. It would have been such an easy boss fight it I wasn't blind and/or an idiot. It ended up taking me at least half a dozen tries to actually beat him.

Replayed the original Halo recently with my brother. He decided it would be funny to frighten me by sticking a grenade to the warthog and watching it blow up in my face. It did frighten me but it also blew the warthog off a cliff leaving us to have to walk to the next checkpoint. I reloaded the game but there was still no warthog. Brothers stupid decision not mine but I thought it was worth repeating.

Once, while playing Dark Souls, I forgot that you can still do things during dialogue. Things like, f'rinstance, throwing a firebomb in the face of the Sorcery tutor, forcing a fight to the death with him before I'd bought everything off of him.

Still managed to get both magic arrow spells, so it wasn't a total bust, but man it's gonna be awkward when I meet his mentor.

In ME3, I really regret not telling Kelly Chambers to change her name.

The Cerberus people killed her T__T
So yeah, that was a stupid decision, or rather, lack of a decision.
Yeah, I felt bad about that too. If only I wasn't such a paragon goody two shoes.

Errr, most of the decisions I've made in The Walking Dead have been forehead slappingly stupid and usually ended up being verbally or physically ***** slapped for it. All I know is that come the zombie apocalyse, I don't want to be the leader.

I didn't get Wrex's family armour in Mass Effect 1.
I won't spoil what happens, but suffice it to say, I should have gotten his armour.

*sigh*
ME2
{Letting Jacob go in those air tubes(things) resulting in him taking a Harbinger biotic blast to the face.

Letting Jack lead the group as I go on The Long Walk resulting in her taking that one fatal shot (seriously they can take rockets to the face but now it counts)

Leaving Mordin in the group resulting in the game deciding to kill him at the very end THANK YOU MASS EFFECT 2!

Aaaand all of this because I was misinformed by a friend of mine that no matter what I did people from my squad would die during the suicide mission, so I picked the people, who at the time, I was not particularly fond of. And by that I mean people I liked but if I had to see anyone die I would feel the least terrible seeing them die.

(which has changed quite a bit now... :*(

And in my defense the only death at the time I was certain about was the one that could take place after the first section of the Suicide Mission I had no idea what would happen after saving my crew.}

Last time I tried to play Morrowind, I thought it would be a good idea to start out as a Breton magic-based character, with a talent for unarmed combat.

The result was a tiny ponytailed twat in a cassock walking around slowly flicking things because running depleted stamina like he was performing complicated aerobics routines while somehow moving forward.

Ugh, choosing the sword and discarding the staff in Kingdom Hearts. ALWAYS GO FOR THE STAFF, PEOPLE.

I killed myself for more Eridium in Borderlands 2, and to please Handsome Jack.
Same here.

Even though I was very tempted to call the 'suicide hotline'. *sob*
