I am just wondering weather it is better to go by myself or try to go with a friend
Academics is one thing but being alone in a strange new non English country for a few months is another

am I right?

I suggest going with a friend, GG.
I went with a group of my friends and it made a difference.
I spent the first day alone and I was happier when the others arrived.

Although, sometimes solace does wonders for the soul?
