...Hm, this is an odd thing to return to.

Fetishes?
Ah. Never mind, I shan't dwell. Haha. I'm quite fine thanks.
And yourself? Why the Valentine's day dread?

Oh shi-

If me and Emily go out on friday, and I leave for snowboarding on saturday, early in the morning, do I have to get her a valentines day present?

Probably. Get something small. You haven't made much of a commitment yet, have you?

[HEADING=2]MY TAKE ON LOVE[/HEADING]

Well when you grow up with parents like this

Mom- I HATE YOU!
Dad- I FUCKING HOPE YOU DIE!
Mom-....Wanna make out?
Dad- Hell yes!

...You get a little confused what love really is [insert song reference here] I mean i never, repeat NEVER fell in love with anyone or anything and i always thought that was weird and any girl that liked me I ruined that quick

Girl- Waffles....I love you....I always did my whole life!
Me- ....Ok......do you want money or something?
Girl- *Walks away mad*

So every Valentines I'm a even more confused I like as my self as a weirdo for not being capable of love

Got it?
[sub] Not as long as i thought[/sub]

Right...
Sounds like an interesting family though Waffles.

And I'm now stuck with the conundrum of what to get her for the dreaded day of the year that all non-single men fear...

Maybe a chocolate box will do?
[sub]Yes, Vee, I suppose you know what girls want.
[sub]By the way, what should I do with a very good friend on Valentine's?[/sub][/sub]

That noise you hear Vaude: it the noise of all the guys here's brain's struggling with that statement.

Could you please define the current societal importance of valentine's day?

[sub]A necklace isn't too bad an idea Waffles, you're better at this than you think[/sub]

Define it? Well, I personally don't really mind Valentines day and I don't think I can. Just get her something simple? Something that says 'Thank you for the weird as hell date, I hope you have a wonderful day and yes, I'd like to spend it with you', flowers tend to do the trick. Chocolates never fail, hell even teddies do the job. I wouldn't say expensive jewelry yet, I mean you've only just met her? Nice costume jewelry?

This applies to you too Ren?

She doesn't like chocolate very much. And flowers say 'I want to date you' too much.

She's more of a good friend, you know? At least for now.
[sub]I don't even know if I'll be with her. Maybe just spend some time with her. And I've got to exercise a bit.[/sub]
