No the dumbest bank robber is the guy who decided to rob a bank and when the teller asked for an ID, the robber gave him one. Still, this one is pretty funny, although I'm not sure how he got away from the cops. Come on guys, he's not that clever.

You know what else would be stupid?

"Everybody get down this is a robbery! Anyone have a gun I can borrow?"

Its the fact that this crazy little bastard kept at the glass with such dedication and persistence.

Its not even the cops showing up and (hopefully) apprehending this guy, its just the fact that he had that one plan and stuck to it. The beauty of it, and what nearly caused me to lose it, was the fact that the cops started smashing at the window as well. In my mind, I said to myself "We're gonna finish what you started!"

Haha! I find it especially funny how he didn't really react to anyone until the very end where he said to himself, "I may have to start improvising now."

He literally showed no semblance of emotion. He'd probably make an awesome actor. ... Not so much a bank robber, though.

He obviously did have to start improvising. The cops showing up that soon obviously wasn't part of the plan! Also it was pretty ballsy for that one cop to stick his gun in through the hole and try to plant a round into the robbers ass eh? Maybe the cop just didn't know the tellers were in the back room.

Nah, this guy [http://www.metro.co.uk/weird/24033-non-invisible-bank-robber-caught] was the stupidest bank robber in World History.

Basically, a man went into a bank completely naked and simply started snatching money from the hands of the people in the bank. He was quickly arrested and when asked why he did it, he said that he had paid a wizard to make him invisible. Apparantly the wizard's spells didn't work.

Still, the window smashing guy is top three at least.
