The hunter Jumping off the map and through the ground to maim your face was pretty bad. Glad Valve patched it up.
i got three:
Team Fortress 2, me and my friend were playing on Dustbowl and he suddenly fell through the floor and landed on nothing about 50 feet below the level.
COD:WaW, another one of my friends teleported to the top of a normally unreachable building and got stuck there
Star Wars Battlefront 2, I was playing on a space map and flew straight through one of the turrets on the top of a CIS ship and began flying through the inside of the ship. I could see the hangar below but otherwise everything was gray.

The worst glitch ever created happend in a gay little company when someone played oblivion in it and sucked out its soul and using the soul for a tissue and the carcus to make Two Worlds
In Far cry 2 on of my buddies had to be euthanised and afterword I threw a molotov at him for a cremation. (I'm just weird okay.) Suddenly the body started screaming and I was very confused.

I got the error in the first city you come to where an NPC is supposed to show up but never does. You can not leave because it is before you get a ship and you cannot advance the quests because it is in the main line. It pissed me off so much I never went back to try again. Got hung up on Morrowind.

You know how when you start out as a male character you will later on get the handmaiden with you on your galactic adventure?
Also that if you take her clothes of / duel her on your ship, then she'll stand about training in her underwear?
Also that you can ask her to put some clothes on at this point?
Well you see, if you then after her reply argue that she's actually crippling herself when she's training unemcubered, she puts on this here jedi robe that belonged to her mother and whatnot.
Thing is, though, that if you take this robe of and asks her to put on some clothes again, she will put on ANOTHER robe like that.
You can repeat this as many times as you'd like.
Infinite credits/components well! ^^

CoD 5....any of the glitches that let you float above the level or walk around underneath it. Anytime I see anyone doing those, I give them bad feedback and file a complaint against them, even if they're on my team.
And on Far Cry for PC, there was a glitch where enemies could see and shoot through some walls, making one area downright impossible. Had to download an unofficial patch to fix it.

There was some noticeable glitches in both rainbow six vegas and GRAW that forced me to restart the whole level. So incredibly frustrating to desperately try to figure out what to do, only to understand that its something wrong with the game, and you have to restart the fucking level all over again.
Also, two minigames in rayman raving rabbids are actually impossible to complete if you have a 50Hz Tv (not kidding).

My housemate and I found literally THE funniest glitch I've ever seen the other day.
He was taking justice into his own hands with a shotgun and shot a female gang member between the legs and she instantly held her crotch in vast amounts on pain, but instead of falling over she froze stood up, knees bend, clutching her crotch. If she was on the floor a pool of blood would appear around her but instead it just slowly appeared at her feet. Imagine the image....ahhhh, that's why it's funny. hahaha.
