I was hauled before the headmaster because I outright refused to accept the pocket-sized bibles that were being handed out free after an assembly. After I politely refused, the chap who was handing them out got cross and stuffed it in my pocket so I took it out and handed it back, saying: "No thanks, I'm an Athiest," in front of many witnesses.

It seems Christian McFuckwitt was most offended by this and informed the headmaster I'd told him to "get fucked".

I would have liked to but I didn't and had several people, including a teacher, to back me up.

This was some 15'ish years ago, or some such, in middle school; Math class; my favorite teacher at the time. He was getting fed up with students talking while he was trying to teach, or whatever. He suddenly explodes, saying something like, "The next person to so much as make a PEEP get's written up and sent to the office!" Which was like going to the principles office for whatever. There was an awkward silence.

Prior to the explosion, I had a kind of scratchy throat. I was about to clear it, when my teacher flipped his lid at the class. I couldn't hold my silence, and so I cleared my throat. My teacher jabs a finger my way ala Ace Detective, "You, go to the Office." I was shocked, and later had the pink slip punishment permanent record BS revoked. I believe it said something like, "making a disturbance," when all I did was clear my throat.

My teacher later appologized to me. In hindsight, I believe I was used to make an example out of.

i personally have never gotten really unfairly in trouble(though my teachers had a scary abilty to turn the cornor 2 seconds after i snaped under presure of haveing been bullied for minnutes) i have had enough teachers have it in for me that i wanted to share it.

the earliest was in third grade when my math teacher hated me. why? because after 15 minnutes i would not be doing my home work. i would be done with that as well as the extra stuff he had made for me(witch was on 5th grade level in the end). now you might be thinking he had a point´if i was disturbing the class or something like that... nope i was in fact helping my class mates do THEIR homework. the reason he was pissed was because aparently i was better at explaining the stuff than he was.

also once i had to make a group project with a slefchosen subject. we decided to write about karate. my two group mebers was useless though. in the end i had by myself written about the origin of karate as well as it's use today and with the help of one of the guys from the group made a video interview of peoples reaction to karate( he basicly just held the kamera).
what the 2 others contributed with was finding pictures on the internet... of jackie chan... and hentai.
they were praised for makeing it look colourful whille i was told i should work harder to make it intresting.

then there was the time when i failed physichs. i was placed at the table with the class morons.
these guys were stupid but i will admit doing what they were told to do step by step they could do. so me not wanting to do everything i simply dictated what they should do with me recording results and the likes and them setting it up.
i failed the grade. they passed it with some of the highest grades in the class... they had no idea what they were doing. for the love of god they managed to put themself on fire in class.... twice.

and these are just a few of many examples.... my school time sucked badly.

I can't recall what age, it was before I was 10, but I had to sit through a 45-minute interview with the principal for being randomly (as in, totally out of the blue, zombie-story-style) bitten by another student on the arm. She'd found a prescription-pill bottle full of green dye in this other student's bag the day of the incident, and said that the biter said it was for me. She tried to bully me into admitting: 1) that getting bitten hard enough to leave a large bruise through my jacket was my fault for 'egging her on', 2) that the biter and I were trying to push drugs or some other illicit something, nevermind that I was less than 10 and my idea of drugs were Advil and Benadryl, and 3) that I was lying by acting confused and denying any responsibility. It took the arrival of my parents to set the wench straight, but in the end, I didn't have to do any punishment.

Gotta love that 'blaming the victim' thing.

I got detention for a bunch of stupid reasons when I was around 12, because my teacher hated me.
Stupidest reason was probably for not writing with my right hand- I'm left handed.

I skipped a mid-term exam. Along with the rest of the class.

We argued that the teacher had never TOLD us about the exam because everyone from the biggest slacker to the guy who averaged 96% in classes all insisted they didn't know about it.

We were still punished, though out of the "goodness of their heart" (Translation: How horrible an entire class failing would look.) they didn't autofail us like they normally did for exam skippers. Still destroyed my average for that year since it was 25% of the final mark.

In 5th Grade I got kicked in the balls twice and then beat up while I was on the ground right after that. I told a teacher and he got 5 days of detention and I got 4 DAYS of detention. They said I provoked him when all I did was say he was jerk to one of my friends.

One time we had this sub in my high school sociology class. We where studying prisons. This teacher decided to change what we where doing because she said "I doupt any of you want to go to prison when you grow up so we will talk about something else" She asked us the question "what do you want to do when you grow up" I said sarcastically because i was upset about not learning what we need for a test "I want to go to jail for tax fraud." she took me seriously and i almost got in trouble because of it.

In the 4th grade I was at a private school. There was this really asshole kid there. He used to pick fights with kids and/or beat them up. His friends would help him out too, they would help by pinning his victim down or helping to corner him. On the rare occasion he lost or was fended off, he would go tell a teacher that his would-be victim had attacked HIM.

I was one of his favorite punching bags. I'd try telling a teacher but I was the one who got in trouble, because according to the kid's parents he had "issues" and it wasn't his fault. Worse still, he would then have his parents tell the school I was lying. That got me sent to the office a few times.

One day on the playground his friends grabbed my arms. He came up to me spouting the usual shit talk. I don't know what changed this time, but instead of being scared, I was just pissed. I kicked backwards and hit the two kids holding me, and they let go. The kid tried to punch me, but I grabbed his arm and threw him to the ground. He started screaming, and went to the teacher. They sent me to the principal's office, and I was shocked that this time he actually heard me out. The kid was a bully and I had defended myself. He sent me back to class and the bully got a detention.

However, the next day I got called back to the office, and the principal had acted like he hadn't just let me off. Apparently he had gotten a letter from the bully's parents saying I had "attacked him and his friends" and that they were defenseless. They were apparently also wealthy contributors to the school, and they threatened to pull their grant if "students who contributed to a negative atmosphere" (they named me, in particular) were allowed to remain. So I was expelled. On the spot.

So basically, some playground bully had his parents bribe the school to expel me.

I've never been in trouble, really. This one time though, a friend of mine threw my text books on the floor and our teacher snapped and yelled at me to stop.

I once got a detention and lines because when I wasn't at my desk in an IT lesson someone put 'Goatse' on my screen and yelled "Look what's on his screen!" so everyone looked. The teacher genuinely thought I had done it despite my protest of WHY I would.

I once had to get the 'sweeper' bus (the one which was for kids who had missed their earlier ones) and it had about 8 people on it. All the people who were always in trouble and skipping classes...and me. We had a trainee driver who took a totally wrong route and managed to get the bus stuck on a country lane wedged on a corner. We couldn't get off and had to be towed out of the lane. We walked the rest of the way, got to school and signed in as late. We even had a note on headed paper explaining why we were over an hour late. The teachers saw us and claimed it couldn't possibly be true as it was too unbelieveable a story. I guess they assumed we were all skiving and the 'hard kids' had made me use their story and lie. We all got detentions for it.

I remember a time in elementary school, I was making a valentine's day card for my mother in class along with everyone else. We were allowed to make anything that we wanted, and there was this kid who kept copying everything that I made or draw, so I decided to altar my project a bit so that it wouldn't be the same. Well after I turned it on so that I could get my grade, the Teacher sent me to the principal's office for cheating and copying someone else even though that other guy was trying to copy me.

in first grade my teacher yelled at me when i yelp after getting my fingers caught

later in second grade i dropped a pencil and the substitute accused me of throwing it

in the 4th when i was part of the daily group that would hoist the u.s. flag i let it drag a bit and then some stupid kid i can't remember acted as if i was pissing on it and snitched on me. after that the principle never called my name to hang it up again

in the 5th grade i couldn't see the board so i brought in a monoscope i got from some mail order spy series. eventually the teacher caught me and took it up and never returned it.

In 9th grade I was accused of telling a teacher to commit suicide because my handwriting looked similar to the person that was sitting behind me (who actually wrote that note).

After three days of pleading my case, the actual person responsible got sent to MIP (where you just sit and do nothing for the whole damn day)

What's weird about this? Somehow I ended up with the same punishment. I still do not understand what happened.

Works out in the end though because I ended up dating the chick that initially told the teacher to commit suicide.

At my elementary school, we had this thing called the Green Team. They made "projects" which involved making statues and things out of tin cans, which is apparently good for the environment.
So for a certain level of projects done, the school advanced a level (Emerald, Jade, etc.). Our school had reached Green - the highest level. We had an assembly to commemorate the event.
Come assembly time, they gave us ribbons to wear. I hated the school, so I didn't want to wear the ribbon.
"But you have to wear the ribbon to go to the assembly."
"Why?"
"Because you have to."
"But I don't want to."
"Then you can't go to the assembly."
"But I want to go."
"Then wear the ribbon."

I was stubborn, yes, but I hated that school, and ribbons look stupid. So they ended up calling my mother.
"What did he do this time?"
"You'd better come down and talk to us."

So she comes down, and they explain to her what had happened.

"...That's it?"

They tried to justify themselves, and then they sent me home. My mother told me I had done no wrong, and to enjoy the rest of my day off.

Got removed from one school because a muslim gang took to beating me up every day. Started with fists, but after a few days of being KO'd with a cricket bat they decided it would be easiest if I was just removed from the school system until I could find a placement in another county. Took about half a school year.
