Say, what is that? I downloaded a mod for HL2 recently called simply "Substance," which I understood to be a fairly old mod used only for improving Half Life. But it said "Tactical Espionage Action" on the menu screen, and featured character classes based on Metal Gear. Is the mod I downloaded the one you mention?

"Tactical Espionage Action" is not part of the name, it's not even a subtitle like "Guns of the Patriots", it just shows what type of game it is (The MGS are the only tactical espionage action games, they carved out a new genre).
