No, that ad campaign definitely penetrated our Canadian awareness as well, either you're too young (near/under 20) or just odd.

After reading about it for a few minutes, it seems that this is due to some other guy associated with Jared having been arrested for child pornography in April.
What the FBI is doing is simply looking for possible accomplices and Jared hasn't been charged with anything.

Still, even if he's innocent, his career is ruined.

That episode might not be as fun to watch anymore.

I have to disagree, given South Park's particular brand in humour I think it makes it more funny in hindsight due to the dark humour of it.

Then again I'm a terrible person so that probably has something to do with it.

From what I read, he is not being charged with anything at the moment. And since someone he knows is being charged with Child Pornography, it's entirely possible that this is merely related to that and he is innocent.

On the other hand, I wouldn't be completely surprised if he is charged with something following this.

Hasn't someone ate nothing but McDonald's for months and lost weight without any adverse health effects? Literally to prove to people that the Micheal Moore "documentary" Super Size Me was a complete fabrication. I think it was college professor.

No, but I do think that taking more humour in it because of the unintentional undertones of giving children physical aids by a man who has been outed as a potential paedophile is not something which is anything but the darkest humour.

So the FBI are doing a criminal investigation on this guy but refuse to say on what. The news sites all instantly assume it must be because CP and probably ruin his life forever even if he turns out to be completely innocent. Worse yet not a single one of them will care at the end of the day... what a joke

It seems it might also be a linked case, oh boy I hope no subway heads are involved.

Which could also mean it could just be for something else, possibly not CP.

Look, I can understand why news websites put lying bs headlines, but could you avoid doing the same in your thread titles? There is no evidence to suggest he had child porn. All evidence indicates it is in connection with the investigation and prosecution of someone he knew within the charity. He hasn't been arrested, or held for questioning, he "expects no actions forthcoming" subway believes it is in relation to a different "previous Jared foundation employee.:
