I recommend Ravensdive.
They are currently one of my favorite LPers on Youtube, but they only have 445 subscribers, at the time of writing.
Here are some of their one-off vids:

Also, why have the Game Grumps and Markiplier been mentioned? They have over a million subscribers, and are hardly in the "needs more recognition" category.

as opposed to every other online reviewer who parrots the same word when describing an aspect of the game
So your defense to his linear over-use of words is that someone else is also horrible about it?
Never once have I come off his reviews with the feeling that he's overused the word. Every statement he's made, he's further elaborated as to why he believes that to be the case. It's all the other reviewers on Youtube that simply describe an element of a game and then move on to something else within the game.

The only ones I follow is Big Steve From England and Epic Rap Battles of History. The latter I'm sure many know about.
The first however I can recomend if you're intrested in learning absolutely nothing about Sweden. It's a mockumentary featuring a huge, black guy who moved to northern Sweden two years ago(I think). He picks on a lot on our stereotypes and the differences between Britain and Sweden.
At first I thought it was fun, but now I've been following him for quite some time and I'm getting sick of him. Swedish is a hard language, but after two years he still can't pronounce a single fucking word right. I suspect it's just for laughs, but that humor grows thin very quickly and I'm starting to see him as quite the retard.

Still, he's quite consistant in putting up new videos and he can occasionally be funny, so if you're intrested give him a go.

He does some of the most thorough and in depth reviews on youtube. He basically breaks down each component in a game from beginning to end and focuses solely on in-depth analyzation and insightful observations of a game, instead of diverging into unfunny jokes for about 3 minutes like most Jontron clones video game reviewers on Youtube do. He's done reviews for every single MGS game and 3D Legend of Zelda game. I recommend starting with his ICO review since it's the shortest and will give you a good idea of what his reviewing style is like.
I see your Mathewmatosis and raise an Errant Signal.

While he's not as in depth as Mathew in truth he really doesn't need to be. To me he's a little bit more sincere in his critiques and more concise, all the while still being intellectually stimulating. He also does a little bit more than review games, he sometimes talks about gaming as a medium in general.

I would also recommend the Loading Bar but Spill has shut down since late last year sad stuff. They were very entertaining.

If you like movie reviews with an emphases on the industry I recommend Beyondthetrailer
Just thought I'd tell you, Jason and Jeff went on from the Loading Bar to found Rage Select. Someone a couple posts down posted some of their videos. They took on another guy named Grant and even have a website all to themselves now!

Jarrod Alonge is a great youtuber for metalcore and hardcore fans. His misheard lyrics, every xxx vocalist, and sketches are pretty funny.

Smudboy is a very underrated youtber who goes very deep into games and discovers plot holes and whatever else he can find. He's well-known for his battle with Clevernoob about the industry crashing.
