Suggest me some mods for Fallout: NV

I just started a new play through on Fallout: NV and thought i should finally tryout some mods since I kept hearing so much about them and about how they make the game a whole lot better.
So, what mods should I get to make the game more interesting and challenging. (WITHOUT the crazy stuff such as that Pokemon mod, even though it's totally awesome.)

Project Nevada, Run the Lucky 38, Classic fallout weapons NV, More perks NV, Weapon mods expanded(WMX), Fellout, Dog City Denver, New Vegas Bounties I and II, MTUI, Weapon retexture project, Weapon animation replacers, CR-HD Combat ranger armor Retexture V3.

These are some of the mods that I use. Look around the New Vegas Nexus for more that you might like.
