im a casual player, but i also believe that certain things should be accepted. ok, sagat is a really powerfull character, but every character has a way to combat him that will give them themselves the upper hand. for example, hakan looks at first a rather useless character, but if you use his moveset correctly, getting distance and knockdowns so that you can apply oil, he is a top tier character even though this top tier is difficult to attain.

As far as Street Fighter games go, this is probably the most accessable yet. As for the controller, if you're willing to take the controller apart and mess with the faceplate and the D-pad, the 360 controller should work (though quarter circles are still a massive pain). If not, pick up a pad.

Balance-wise, it's more balanced than Street Fighter IV, but not entirely balanced. At all. All I'll say is that Abel, T. Hawk, the Shotos, and (CPU) Seth should be beaten, burned, and beaten again with various blunt instruments.

My best fighter is Vega with Guy coming in a distant second.
