Superpower Lottery - Making Money

I've seen this kind of thread crop up in other places but I wanted to try a variation of it, something you don't tend to see in super hero related stuff. Like other versions you go to the Superpower Wiki and press the random page link. You then post whatever superpower you got back here and after that you post at least one method for how you would use said superpower to make a profit. Bonus points go to legitimate and/or really creative uses, beyond just "I use it to rob a bank."

This is an interesting one, the power to give life to anything. You know what I would do? Become a gardener. I feel like using the power to actually bring people back from the dead is a bad idea. Being able to use the power make sure all gardens I touch become beautiful... yeah....

The user can split or divide their own soul or the souls of others to create new beings, including basing the division on personalities and emotions to become separate beings, as well have the divided portions to possess other people. They can even achieve immortality by sealing fraction of their soul in certain objects and having them anchor the "main" soul onto the earth should the body be destroyed

There's a lot of different ways this has been used in media, with a lot of different limitations. I'm going to go with the Alphonse Elric version where he could imbue an object with a piece of his soul in order to animate and control it, and then when that object was destroyed that fragment of his soul would return to him.

Under those conditions I would create a small army of perfect soldiers using suits of armor, ones who are impossible to kill, and very difficult to destroy, and then allow people to hire those soldiers as a protection service. They would make perfect bodyguards, without a sense of pain or fear, difficult to damage or destroy without explosives, impossible to kill.

Physical Deformation: User's can change the appearance of their opponents in order to cripple them or deform them in a negative fashion. This could include breaking bones, scarring them, or giving them diseases that harm them.

Nightmare Imprisonment: The user can trap others in nightmares. They may be nightmares the victim is already having or the user may create a nightmare to trap them in. The nightmares in question can stem from the user or from the victims' own worst nightmares

Though then again, I suppose that I could provide a non-lethal service for vengeful exes. I can see it now...

Ummmmm...yeah...so apparently I'm some sort of all-powerful super-being that has all the powers of all four of the frickin' Hoursemen of the Apocalypse all rolled into one. Wow...that's a bit of a doozy.

Other than hiring out my services to wicked people who want someone dead, want a nation destroyed, or maybe a farmer that wants...a competitor's farmland to dry up(?) there's not really much legitimate use for my power. My entire existence is meant to bring about the end of the frickin' world, so I really wouldn't have much use for money ^^;

The user has complete control of their own existence. The user is beyond all there, even reason, physics and logic. No rule or law can apply to them other than their own.

The user can also rewrite themselves on any level, at any time, anywhere, without any limit of any kind.

This allows the user access to any ability in existence, said abilities being as absolute as their maker/wielder.

I'd open a lemonade stand at the end of my driveway and sell the best god damn lemonade in existence.
