That's right folks, it's back, but with a twist!
As usual, you'll be going to the Superpower Wiki [http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Superpower_Wiki] and click "random page". This time around, however, we're rolling twice. Your first roll is your starting power, and the second is a power you gain somewhere down the road.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to figure out and explain how the heck the second power stemmed from the first. If you get something stupid overpowered for your first roll (like Omnipotence or related abilities), treat it as your second power. If both rolls are ridiculously overpowered, pick your favorite of the two, treat it as your second roll and reroll for your first power. Because, let's be honest, it's nothing special if you have "Boomerang Proficiency" as a subpower of "Omnipotence". But starting with Boomerang Proficiency and gaining Omnipotence? That's an interesting story right there.
Let's begin, shall we?
My starting power was Sleep Manipulation, which evolved to include Aethikinetic Combat. Now comes the tricky part of linking the two. In this case, I'm inclined to claim that the realm of dreams that I control exist within the aether itself, and my powers grant me control of that aether, but only when I have a 'portal' to it in the form of a sleeping mind. Aehtikinetic combat thus becomes a learned application allowing me to force those 'portals' open a bit more and - with great effort - draw a small amount of aether from the land of dreams to use in the waking world for a limited time.
NOTE: The interplay between the abilities seen as above is NOT required for this activity. That was just the explanation I came to for it. The idea is just to have fun with it, so let your imaginations run wild.
