To have your own sub-dimension: Store all your stuff/ other peoples stuff in it for access anywhere; Put yourself in it for walk-through-walls effect; make portals by changing the relativity of your space to real space; and storing the bad guy with no air... or most of them.

Immortality. I've thought about it a lot and there's nothing that scares me more than death so, yeah I'd like to be invulnerable to ageing, disease, injury, anything and everything. I'd have one get-out clause which would be suicide. If I choose to kill myself, I will die
I'd also love the power ring, the ability to create any constructs through imagination alone, but I'd want it to be a power, not a weapon, so I would never have to recharge it or anything

The ability to alter force to my bidding. Including gravity and kenetic force, fluid / air currents.
I would be able to fly, make people weightless, stop bullets, prevent car accidents, CAUSE car accidents.

Speed (running faster than a cheetah can and punching faster than a cobra bites) and tirelessness, so that I can run as long as I want without getting tired.
That way I'll never need a car and I'll be able to punch my foes down without them being able to react.
