Superpowers?

I've actually sort of scientifically based my powers (Well, as scientifically as you CAN base superpowers. Just the explanation, basically. I'm not a physicist or anything like that, so this is basically just a layman guessing.)

Name: Thundersmith
Costume: Black and gold tough leather jumpsuit, stabproof. A helmet that covers everything but my mouth and nose. Black armoured plexiglass visor.

Powers: Manipulation of electric currents and all conductivity. Can fire electrical blasts by building up electrical energy in myself by increasing the electrical output of my cells and then changing the electrical polarity of air molecules in a path, thereby causing a certain area of air to become hyperconductive and transferring the blast via static electricity.

By altering the polarity of air molecules above and below me (causing those below me to attract one another, creating lift, and causing those above me to repel, creating a vacuum) I can attain some flight, or, at the very least, gliding. This technique of vacuum plus force can also be used to change the trajectory of bullets to some extent. I can bend the path, but nothing like a right or 180 degree angle.

I can build up electricity in objects by pouring electrical energy into it, then causing the outer surface to be entirely unconductive. Then I can, by changing the surface conductivity, cause an explosion of electrical energy. This can be either used to plant mines and the like, or as a throwing weapon, a la' Gambit.

Because I have total control over the flow, I can hack a computer or an electronic lock simply by touching it and altering the flow of electrical energy inside to the point where it has the requirements to display whatever information I need (or unlock the door).

Yes, I know. I've put far too much thought into this.

The ability to control a persons mind to make them feel like they're crazy. Like what happens in Dead space where who Im controlling sees someone/something and that thing disappears. Like so:

Person 1 annoys Person 2 (who has the superpowers). Person one leaves, walking.
Person 2 controls Person 1 so that, he continues walking but everything around him dims out and hes left alone in the darkness. Person 2 comes out from every direction watching his every move.

I dont know if that is a good explanation, but it would be pretty fun to mess with someones head..

By Dead Space I mean the iOS Dead Space where the main character seems to have more dementia then Isaac Clarke

I want the power to savestate real life. I'd have one state saved at about five years old, so I could rewind my entire life if necessary, and then work with the other nine (give or take) states to do anything I want.

Couldn't make a good impression on that hot chick in High School? Loadstate and try again.

Totally bombed that job interview? Loadstate and try again.

Didn't win the lottery? Loadstate FTW!

It'd be the most practical superpower ever.
So when you die, a menu screen will pop up for you to choose a saved file?

Indestructible skin and bones, so I would be completely immune to bullets, blunt trauma, falling, explosions, fire, missiles, etc. But if I needed a surgical operation I would be screwed.

Cue a legendary career as a one man mercenary: I would just walk right up to some corrupt, evil dictator, shank him, and walk back out, all the while being shot at by his bodyguards. Or clear minefields by waltzing through them with a garden rake. I could parachute into areas without a parachute, just jump out a plane and pick myself out of the hole I land in.

Invisibility. The pranks that could be pulled while being invisible would be epic.
Judging by your avatar, i know exactly what you'd get up to with invisibility...

I want to be able to walk through walls. Its unbelievably underrated as a power: you can pretty much become invincible at will, go anywhere you want and do anything you want and nobody can stop you who hasn't got crazy-bullshit-mind powerz.
Precisely this, so much overlooked potential.

Edit: Although Braid has shown me the potential of time-alteration powers as well.

I'd like to be able to regenerate from almost any wound in seconds. Then I'd just join the army and kick some ass. I mean, pain wouldn't be so bad if you knew it couldn't actually kill you.
