To make a long story incredibly freakin' short, there is no Surge and I miss Surge, so would any of you Escapists happen to know either how to make (bootleg) Surge or can find an actual recipe for the stuff?

It's completely discontinued. Your best bet is to find a seller on eBay or something.

I agree with Vagrant. I'm not sure if I would be able to tell the difference between Surge and Vault.
