Ok... Shit got real while I was working, apparently. I'm going to act like I know what's going on until I actually figure it out. Expect this post to be edited.
1 Stunned and somewhat singed mouse (XD), severed mannequin hand with only the thumb attached, several hinge pins (I'm assuming 3), a disposable razor, 10 feet of laundry cord, a pocket knife, a wallet, gloves, sunglasses, gold chain, hawk feather w/ clip, and a leather jacket.

Kirelia heard several people on the second floor, but was more curious about what could have been hanging from the flagpole across the parking lot from her. I'd better check these cars on the way over to the flagpole. she thought to herself. There might be something I can use
With that, she began checking the cars directly between the flagpole and the room she was exiting.
As you check the cars and attempt to sneak by, a man calls out to you and quickly walks/jogs over. Among other things are two others on the second floor that the man chooses to blatantly ignore as they are right next to him practically. =/

Connor takes the yo yo and the card. Looking at the card for a moment, Connor wonders about the Haiku. Is it a riddle? He thinks about it and then scratches "Starfruit" on the back of the card.

Now sat waiting on the bed Josh digs his knife deeply into the bed waiting for something Anything to happen... with a twang of his knife upon hitting a spring he begun to rip the bed open. Hoping to find anything he salvaged a spring and some mattress filler that could be used as good tinder.
After some thought and pondering many stupid ideas Josh walks into the bathroom and pulls down the shower curtain. Using his knife he cuts out long strips and begins to tie them around the butter knife that he found behind the plaque.
*Sadly most of the vehicles are empty and have an almost "Fresh-off-the-lot" Look.
As you walk down the clinking stops and something near the sign seems to be staring at you, if you approach there is a man if you can understand, his hands are linked by manacles and he is of average weight and height. White and shaved black hair, he looks as if he is from prison in an orange jumpsuit, with tag and number covered with duct tape.
His hands are calloused and worn as he has been pulling at the chain, and his left hands thumb is a mess of small bites like from mice. Next to him in the clearing of bushes under the sign is a rather large plaque.
"Kill Him and Go Free, or Set Him Free, After you hear his Story, and learn of this poor mans Mystery" In bronze and on the ground it looks fit for a memorial plaque.

"Sorry, sorry, I'm Tom, nice to meet'cha!" His voice has a hint of an English accent as he leans against his pole.
Smiling, "And you are little lady?" He looks weathered and in his late 40's and a small pile of fruit is near a water tap behind him.
"Kirelia" She says cautiosly. "So how did you end up being tied to a flag pole out in the parking lot of a deserted hotel?"
She continued to keep an eye on the surrounding area, concerned that someone or something might try to sneak up on her. Not everyday you find yourself trying to puzzle out an escape from a hotel, now is it?
Unsurprisingly the lock doth not yield, and instead goes straight in to the floor making a dusty whole. (Ricochet) Through it one can see the reinforced floor, (You can escape alone acutally, but it would be dangerous, if you read other peoples posts there's a clue.)

"Well, let me ask you this, can you do anything unique? you know abnormal or such?" hE scratches idly at his chin, as something begins to wiggle around and out of Kirelia's pocket. Hopping out quickly the mouse, (slightly singed) hops on to Tom and climbs to his shoulder to stare at her.
"Pardon me for asking, but everyone so far here can apparently."
