he ready his muscels right before the kick made the pain almost none. Flying backwards Jack hits James then make's a backwards rol and maneges to have no further damage.
"YOU!!"
Jack looks at the bird completle filled with rage and hate he doesn't look like Tristan at all anymore.
" DIE!!"
Jack stands up.
i have 7 years of material arts experinece i will kill that thing. But first
He grabs the i'd and the scroll and the card's and puts them in his bag.
If i don't Tristan is going to murder me later.
Jack grab's the plank and throws it at the ostrich if it dodges.
he grab's the skeletons (even if the are real Jack doesn't care) and start's to thorw the skeletons at the bird. then grab's his knife and run's toward's the table slides behind the table pausing for a second charge's around the left side hopfully confusing the bird and tries to block it's kick and retaliate by grabing and throwing him over him (Goshi-waza). and then stabing the fuck out of him.
If i can throw him off blance only a litle i will be able to throw him. Man my master made my train that so aften i cloud throw sombody who is 400lbs so i can throw that thing too.
( Jack is complely enraged he didn't even notice he crashed into James nor that he even exist at this point and he is also hurt from the kick but he doesn't feel anything)

How are we gonna get out? Is there a window? Maybe we could jump down from the second floor... We might just have to try running through all the rats... I don't like that idea at all.

*Running back to the room, she sees a still-dazed James lying on the ground and Tristan is further attempting to kill the ostrich... crazy bastard*
"Look guys!We HAVE to get out, now! We've got a major pest problem downstairs and I don't think we're gonna be able to leave unless we do it immediately!"

*?.............. Come on, first off by insane standards floris please don't make a super alter ego, I Don't want to deal with that kinda shiz. Having a dark side is all good and fun but really. Also most of the rodents are gone! There are only 5 visible and are currently holding a gun (4 rats, 1 mouse). The rest are hidden away or out of sight. Floris please note I'm assuming your attack was the first action, and not you magically retconning a response afterwards kinda thing.*

*Bang Bash, etc. noises of ass kicking going on* (due to low tolerance) Ostrich uses fury swipe, low kick, and hyper bea- I mean peck! Tristan uses Fling' and slash... It's not very effective.
Tristan has fainted leaving the bird with ruffled feathers and minor cuts, Tristan has received 0 exp, many bruises, a cut on his hand from holding a piece of glass and falling on James (light), and a nasty bump on the head.

Down stairs a shot goes off! *BANG* Louis is... not hit, as a cork fires pitifully outward. The recoil manages to knock the rats down and Char scurries away.
--Outside a dustorm is building and it begins to cover the sun as it approaches the town, like an arcane action it will arrive in moments, with traces of it visible from the saloon.
Tom fears it and desperately tugs at his chain as he wraps a towel around his head.
Bambi is asleep, dreaming of being a bird.
Dill is looking at the storm and sayin "Shit' shit, shit!" as he gets his knights to barricade the library, wondering if he should get Louis from wherever he is.
