I actually have friend who has a full biosuit hanging up in his room at all times(yeah, he's a bit paranoid).

But as for what I would do... I guess I would have to go with my faith in duct tape. Because anything is possible with duct tape.

Easy - Get in the car, duct tape the vents, then drive away. Biological weapons require you to be exposed in order to be affected - So if i just drove away, and survived on the collective oxygen in the car, id be fine. And when i was out of the influenced area, id ventilate the car, find the nearest town, and bunker down until things were cleared up.
