Back in the days of MW2, me and 3 friends were playing team tactical. This mode gets a lot of clans, which means you get a lot of dicks.
Anyway, one game we played [team deathmatch I think[, we lost. This didn't faze us at all, until we got to the lobby and the gloating started. These 4 morons beat us in a game, and they were clearly the better humans as a result.
The next game however, which I think was a capture the flag, we absolutely decimated them, I think it was about 10-2 and we were all positive kd wise [which is all that seems to matter in cod objective games]
What did we hear when we got to the lobby? Silence. They wouldn't say a single thing, after making us endure mum jokes, gay jokes, us being shit jokes, us being Southern [These were northern, we were all English] jokes etc. Now they wouldn't, or couldn't talk,. This was extremely satisfying, and I politely brought this up [probably with some colorful language thrown into the bargain, yes I sink low]. Game three, this was the decider, a demolition, we planted both bombs within the first minute. They all left.

So after sharing my lengthy tale of fantastic feeling payback, what stories do you guys have where you've beaten a bunch of arseholes and put them down?

I tend to not play multiplayer games for this very reason. When playing games with friends, I can reach over and smack them in the face when they start to gloat, beccause that is the one thing that makes me rage. If you are doing good in a game, good for you, smile to yourself or chuckle at the deaths, do not start saying everybody else is shit. Because someone inevitably kills you and ends your victory, then you look like the asshole you are.

So, nope, because have not played multiplayer much.

Same here.

The only time that I may actually play a multiplayer scenario is with friends or if it's a racing game. Having to deal with anti-social douchebags just isn't my thing.

Whenever I'm with my friends on COD - we love nothing more than to get into some verbal gang wars. It's all incredibly pathetic but still entertaining nonetheless.
A classic insult hurled at me by an illiterate chav:

' Your Mum's so fat she failed a job test'.

I mean seriously what the fuck?
