I'm guessing he was so morally outraged that he forgot to do his research.

Then he might've realized these games don't exist. And if they do, they are likely so far out of the mainstream will won't see them until we're playing the Playstation 7.
Which will TOTALLY PWN the XBox 9000!

Actually I thought you could rape hookers in the GTA games. I've never played one, but I had that idea floating around in my skull. And before you flame me, GTA games don't OFFEND me, they just don't INTEREST me. Even if they do feature rape. Or don't.

Too funny and ironic points. First, ain't it funny that people can be so morally outraged that they don't even bother to get straight exactly what outrages them? And second, ain't it funny that so often the people so outraged by games/books/movies depicting rape/cop-killing/killing in general are also the ones who so adamantly oppose imprisoning for life (or executing) the people who rape or murder in real life? It's like their whole reality meter rebooted with reversed polarity.

I then went on to wonder where he got his 'facts' from, because surely he didn't do his own research.
I think he got them from the same place Jack Thompson does..... he pulled them out of his arse.

I'm fairly certain the reason he couldn't name a console or game is because he made the whole thing up right there and then. He had to think of something that would get peoples attention. Kind of backfired on him when someone checked up on what he was saying.

Wow. First off, this guy was probably just touched inappropriately as a child by a video game. Same thing happened to Jack Thompson, and look what happened.

Also, to date myself, there actually has been rape in a video game. Custer's Revenge, which came out in 1982, revolves entirely around Gen. Custer raping a Native woman. Or rather a very crudely pixelated Custer very crudely pixelated raping a very crudely pixelated Native woman. Wow, I feel old now.

And now, comics making everything feel better...

Answers everything. Oh Jack, how you've stained the history of the world.

That was my avatar for awhile.

And again, wasn't there rape in the Witcher? I'm sure I heard someone complaining about that or something.

I don't think that there was actual "rape" in the Witcher, I think it was consensual. I haven't played the game, but it doesn't seem like something a developer would throw in.

Well, I've read a bunch of reviews, a handful of walk throughs, and I found that while there is rape IN The Witcher, it's not being preformed by the Main Character (you), and is there more to show how horrible the world of The Witcher is. Heck, the Main Character will use drugs in the game, and will fornicate with many women (objectifying them as trading cards after the fact, despite the fact that you're supposed to be hated and feared for being a Witcher). Both are never fully seen, the drug use because apparently they're suppositories or something and the sex is done in that blurry "late night HBO that I don't get" way.

So yeah, it's an adult game that tackles adult themes.

If it was FOX news, they'd be reporting that the death toll for video-game related deaths is in the millions, touching video games gives you AIDs, and buying video games funded 9:11
