Swtor customer line

Ok so I got the new star wars mmo, and had a pre-order account so I have an existing account and all that, but when I went to access my account today, it said on the site I had to answer a security question because it didn't recognize the computer I'd been playing it on for the past week. Now when I entered my security answers I wrote them down and double checked they were the correct ones but now it says my answers are wrong.


I emailed customer support, and they said I would need to call directly. I live in canada so I have to use the "Other" contact number. On the site it is listed as +442035642555, but in the email they wrote it as 0044 203 564 2555. Problem is NEITHER seems to be able to connect correctly as dialed.

Since I can't ask on the forums on the swtor site (Can't access my account so no posting) and can't make a new account since one still exists with my email and making a new password doesn't fix it, this is the only place I can think of right now to ask.

Anyone have this problem, or know the correct number I can use?

Well 44 is the country code for the UK, not Canada.It registers as an international call, the US should only have to dial 1+area code to call Canada though and vice versa, there's no need for country codes...

So, in short, use the phone number 1-203-564-2555

Also, if there's a direct phone listed for the US, you should use this one imo.

Edit: call there -> 1855 GO SWTOR (1855 467 9867), it works for Canada i've tried it, though they seem real busy at the moment (no surprises there hehe...)

Thanks for the clear up on the phonelines. I actually made a second account on the site to try and post there about this security issue (Can't because my new account doesn't have admin rights to yet) But I noticed I am apparently not alone here. More and more posters are complaining about bugged out security questions and the appallingly long wait on the phonelines.

I will try the USA number though, thanks again Mekado!
