A while ago I was looking for a neat logo to display while my pc is booting (through asus fancystart, look it up if you're interested) And I found these buggers:
They're called tomoe, and there's like a million of them. Ever since than they've become my go-to badass-ish symbols because I like their asian vibe and how they're not as cliche as the ol' ying-yang. Plus it turned out they don't really have a meaning, they're just decoration. That's a plus in my book because it means there's no risk of them turning out to mean something completely unintended.

As an interesting side note, the Anhkh normal means eternal life. Oh, crosses too. Wore them for years even though I've never been religious. Pretty ones, though. Not boring crosses.
My electrodynamics teacher calls it "Nabla" and so does Wikipedia, but I've never heard it called "Atled". I knew it was an upside-down capital delta, but "Nabla" was the name of the symbol that stuck with me.Ieyke said:
