my friends and i have been playing a lot of Touch of Evil the past few weeks. it is a really well made game that has rules for both cooperative and competitive gameplay.

our other selections on the weekends are:

ghost stories
pandemic
arkham horror

It's an interesting thing to try when you've run out of games to play!

Another thing I usually do is to look for interesting old games at garage sales. They're usually cheap and can turn out rather fascinating. If they're incomplete, you can just butcher them for parts or rules to use in your own game.
The thought has honestly crossed my mind, and maybe one of these days I might actually do that. Unfortunately I'm not near an area where there's many garage sales (college town, mostly apartments, lots of discarded furniture though).

In the mean time Munchkin seems like the best bet for me.
