Dexter Morgan traveling through time and space in the TARDIS, and the Doctor(David Tennant or Tom Baker) is a blood spatter pattern analyst who moonlights as a serial killer. That could be interesting.

Jethro Gibbs and Mal Reynolds...

might work out on the Serenity though Jayne would catch many evil stares from Gibbs.

NCIS would be thrown into chaos though...

Does it have to be live action? If so

Stargate SG-1
Startrek The Next Generation

They'd do poorly at first, but they'd cope.

Bender, Fry and Leela make fun of bad movies while Joel Robinson gets frozen, sent to the future and makes friends with Crow T. Robot and Tom Servo

...I can TOTALLY live with this.

So I guess I just swapped the Doctor with Sheldon Cooper.

I have several favorite TV shows, but I thought this was an interesting swap. I think Sheldon could pass for a Doctor, and the Doctor could pass for a Sheldon.

While I think that Naruto and his teammates would survive well in Ponyville...

I don't think that the Mane Six would fair nearly so well in the Naruto universe.

Though, most of the Mane Six have perfect compliments in Naruto characters. Fluttershy and Hinata, Rarity and Ino, Pinkie and Rock Lee, Rainbow and Naruto/Kiba...Could make for some funny scenarios.

Hell yeah.

Home Movies + House... hmm...

Coach would make an amazing doctor House, not the actual doctor part but offering pseudo philosophical condescension is right up his alley.

House would be a perfect soccer coach, chastising Brendan for missing the ball, psycho analyzing his movies and talking about his life looking to an 8 year old for guidance.

Well, in all reality MLP and Doctor Who crossovers are quite common at this point so yeah...

Does Game of Thrones even have a main character now? I don't know which one to choose... I guess I'll just take my favorite, then.

Dexter Morgan *****-slapping Joffrey and Tyrion Lannister murdering serial killers? I could watch both those things.
That might be the most awesome thing I've ever heard.

Well I know for certain that the Mythbusters would love traveling through time and space in the TARDIS.

I'm pretty sure the Doctor would enjoy testing certain myths, although there'd probably be lot more "timey-wimey" stuff.

I could imagine Dexter Morgan as an advertising executive, I think...he's certainly very good at playing a part and manipulating people, and he wouldn't be afraid to use any means necessary to get the job done.

Don Draper as a forensic analyst/serial killer? He is pretty ruthless...I couldn't really see him killing anyone though...maybe he'd just be a blood spatter analyst, who, instead of killing people, hunts down women and...cheats on his wife with them.

Batman from Batman:TAS(best cartoon show ever made) switched with eddard stark.... geoffry is so going to be beaten to paste, eddard might not fare too well against the joker though.

i would pay good money to see batman beat the shit out of Geoffry Lanister.

I don't think Mr. Monk could handle the zombie apocalypse very well plus the zombies missing limbs would probably urk him. Likewise Rick Grimes wouldn't be nearly as awesome a detective as Monk.

Rick Mercer Report and Breaking Bad

Walter White selling meth to Canadian politicians and Rick Mercer doing a monologue about cooking.

Hell, I'd watch 'em.
