Hey. As the title suggests, I am a huge Tales fan. And I recently stumbled upon the Wikipedia page for the Tales series, and I was thrilled. Turns out there were a ton of games in the series I hadn't played yet! Including one on the Wii!

Then today, my heart sank. I found out that most of them were Japan-only. I don't read Japanese! Not yet anyways....

Anyways, here's what I'm looking for. I want to know exactly how many Tales games I can play. I only speak and read English, and I only own the following platforms:

3DS
PSP
Wii

And my brother owns the 360. Furthermore, I've already played:
Tales of Phantasia
Tales of Symphonia
Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World
Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology

The only one I know of that had an American release other than the ones you've listed is Tales of Vesperia. It's on the 360 so I guess you can play it then.

Tales Of Eternia. Released in Europe for PSP so if you're in the U.S, you'll have to import. Great game.

Tales Of Vesperia on 360.

Tales Of The Abyss is TBA 2011 for 3DS. It's a ps2 port of the ps2 game.

The PSP is your best bet for playing Tales games as it has Eternia (not released in America, but Euro English version exists) and Radiant Mythology. Also, as someone else said, Abyss might be coming out on the 3DS (I might get that, since while I have the PS2 version, the world-map loadtimes are slooooooooooow).

Tales of Eternia is fantastic if you can import it. It's a remake of the PS1 title Tales of Destiny 2

Like others have said, Tales of Vesperia was released on the 360. If Cally is right and they're re-releasing Tales of the Abyss on the 3DS, pre-order that puppy NAO!! IMHO, the best Tales game. The main character has the single best character arc I've ever seen in a game.

Tales of Vesperia is the first ever JRPG I completed, and I can only say that I love this a 100 times more than DA2. Fantastic characters, story, combat system, and relatively decent end-game, although it's a lil bit lacking compared to the PS3 version.

The Tales of Symphonia game on the Wii to me felt like a movie with some parts that you play. I felt like there was very little time that I was actually playing instead of watching. I guess you could compare it to Heavy Rain (I don't know for sure though because I haven't played it). But if you like the Tales series go ahead and pick it up because they're mostly about the story anyway.

Yep. Japan gets it very soon but it's already been announced for the U.S & the U.K. It'll be the first time it's been released in the U.K so I can finally obtain it!...Legally.

The only Tales game I've played is Symphonia and Dawn of the New World.

Dawn of the New World was a big let down, but hey it's only a spin off title.

I really want to get my hands on Destiny Remake though...
