That was the concept of the series, bad puns, some good jokes, and alot of foolheartiness, gotta love it. But I think I see what you are saying, the originals had more charm, the new graphics are nice, but meh I don't know. But it is going to be interesting to see more of Guybrush!

There was gameplay...Its a point and click adventure game. You point, click and something happens. That video was the gameplay. He picks up the voodoo notes from the mast, then he talks to his wife, etc etc.

But... Guybrush is the same (Dominic Armato). And Elaine is voiced by Alexandra Boyd, who didn't voice her in Escape (that was Charity James), but she did in Curse...

I agree with you guys - I can't quite put my finger on it, but it just doesn't seem as good as the older ones. I feel the same way about the new Sam & Max games too, and they were made by the same company I believe.
