Gen Y, i had a snes, my neighbor had an NES hooked up to a projector, that was pretty awesome.
And im not sure why but i think its funny that all the gen z'ers are trying to explain themselves for being born in the crappy generation.

Well, damn, I guess I was born in the early 90's, so i'm a Y generation technically.

When I read the title, I thought it was going to more along the lines of this http://www.xkcd.com/274/

I think I was born in the wrong decade... I love wearing snazzy dinner suits, I like to talk with a friendly and eloquent attitude and try to be polite as possible, I call women 'dames' a lot, I hate most bars and nightclubs preferring Jazz clubs and resteraunts that play classical music. I have a liking for old movies and old hits from the thirties.
I belong in the '30's.
Mostly the same here, exept I feel that I would be more suited for the 1940's. A lot more of that doing what needs to be done, not for the pay, not for yourself or family, but for the good of the world. Also I would (and still) do very poorly in a world without the fear of the loss of freedom.

Generation Y, also known as the Millennial Generation or Generation Next or Net Generation. The names actually sound pretty cool. XD

I don't talk about what generation I'm from because I don't need a generational identity to drag down my image and self-esteem because people seem to focus only on the negative aspects of *insert generation here* generation.

I won't become one of those people or the ones they unrelentingly lambast.

Generation Y, apparently. But I was born quite shortly after the fall of Communism in Hungary, so things are a bit floofled up around that. I never really had..Mtv and so forth.

I was born in 1990 so I suppose I'm a millennial?

However, I was raised in the mountains by baby boomers. I'm kinda old school about most things.

EDIT: I feel I should clarify, I was not raised in the wilderness, I was raised on a ranch in the mountains very far from cities. So my only influences were my animals and my parents. And old godzilla and gundam movies, along with the first three star wars and indiana jones movies.

Yay you've just shown us your a gen X'er filled with a desire to both be different and unique while also filled with a vague pessimism about everything. Its almost a catch 22, by proclaiming you don't want to be labelled you fulfil most of the characteristics to be a gen x'er. Hooray.
