Well, since you seem convinced that the site isn't too harsh about doling out blows with the banhammer, then there's really not much to argue about(, even if it was just a joke, and while a wide spectrum of humour is offensive, at least to some degree, apparently every kind of it is "trolling" and deserves mod attention).

What? Yes I can. Not all humour is at someone elses expense. He is making a joke aimed a specific bunch of people that can be taken as an insult. He could have said, Tea is a wusses drink, real men drink coffee but instead he decided to add a dig at a certain nationality, that takes it from making a joke to making someone else the butt of a joke.
