As a teacher myself, that is a disgrace.
You NEVER tell that to a student even as a joke and certainly not on a paper they worked on! That is one of the most crucial ages of mental development and that kind of damage is dangerous. I completely agree he should be fired because its not the first offense and has been warned against it. From what I understand, he's been doing it for quite some time.
A teacher NEVER berates or teases a student that has put forth the effort to work. Even if she hadn't you don't call her a loser. You talk with the parents, work together and help her succeed to the best of her ability.

my friend i dont know this teacher but i live in the general area of that school district. ill tell you i live a good 50+ miles and i dont inted to close that gap.

That's harsh by todays standards but 50 years ago (some time anyways) teachers were allowed to hit students. So I guess, harden the up. I wouldn't know how to handle a comment like that. I probably would be in shock.

Half of a teachers job is putting up with children in spite of their attitude, and even when they do get on your nerves you are obligated to keep your cool and give them appropriate punishments.

This ***** is bullying someone with not even near half the life experience she has had, although judging by her atrocious methods of "teaching" obviously this may not be so.

EDIT: Also.... whaaaaaah! I went to a Catholic school where I got my ear pulled on by nuns, and when I acted out beyond the norm I got whipped with a switch by the principal, or the paddle.... god the paddle. And I was no older then this girl.

Ok, it was a dipshit manoeuvre on the teachers part in 'relating to the kids' (bullshit) and in that particular profession you're supposed to be encouraging to your pupils. But people also need remember how to be thick-skinned. It's too easy to offend someone these days. People write far worse things to each other and, would you believe it, call each other nastier things too.
