Someone I know has a Medigun named 'Regular Ordinary Swedish Heal Time', with the description 'It's good for you'.

Spoiler: For reference...

My roommate has a Medigun with the name "I'M HEALING YOU, SHUT THE FUCK UP". (She's a rather serious Medic, and it shows.)

Personally, I'd love to rename my Medigun one of these name/description combinations:

SWEDISH STYLE - "You could use a Kritzkrieg! We won't! This is regular!"
You're Invincible, Idiot - "I ubered you. Kill. They. Ass." (The reverse for this is a Kritzkrieg named "You're Not Invincible, Dummkopf!" - "WHAT ARE YOU DOING STUPID THIS ISN'T A MEDIGUN")
Panic Ubers Save Lives - So Shut Up And Shoot
My Other Medigun is a Kritzkrieg - (the joke is that the named gun will actually be a Kritzkrieg with the default description).
