Mine is my Full Head of Steam. I had to play a lot of cp_foundry to get it... alone. Yeah, it might be worth adding that I'm playing for free.
I don't have any particularly sentimental or rare items. I'm quite fond of my Genuine Deus Specs I suppose... I am however incredibly jealous that my brother crafted the #1 The Machina. Lucky bastard!
Ahhh....The Tingler [http://www.tf2items.com/id/Ser_Fluffywuffles] (flare gun on the second page). A fellow clan member knew I was looking for a Strange Flare Gun, so he let me know he found one and traded it to me about two months ago for practically nothing. It's my baby.

I have a few, I like my Hermes hat, The Hat With No Name, a hat for the soldier i have never seen before, Plus the new flamethrower and axe in strange forms.

My Vintage Direct Hit. Me and it have been in many a battle, destroying sentries and the dreams of snipers. I almost sold it during the apocalypse of items, the Polycount update, when trading was new. I also treasure my gold medal, as ive been here for every major update, while most people I know have only been playing since past the scout update!

My Engie headphones, the Safe n' Sound. The first hat I ever got via random drop, and the hat I wanted right from the start. It might not be that valuable, but due to my love of hip-hop, I felt the TF2 gods were very benevolent to me that day.

My Nuts N' Bolts Medic Mountain Cap. It's a terrible, terrible hat with a terrible, terrible effect. But it's my first Unusual, and it's special to me.

I get the most common boring shit for random finds ever. I mean yeah I like what I have, but some of your shit is so unique and crazy, I've only seen some of them maybe one or two times in some instances.
OT: probably my flare gun with the alt fire for explosive flare, it is the ultimate troll weapon to use vs snipers as I can generally get one or two of them and set them on fire so sniping me is pretty much not going to happen so I can rush and flank them again with it, or switch to my flamethrower and FLAME ON!
not to mention the hilarious lulz I get from airblasting everything back at people when timed right..airblasting 3 rockets with one blast for a triple kill?

I used to name everything, which caused a lot of metal to be traded for name tags. I named my Dr. Dapper Malkavian Heavy Armor. Then I named my Black Market stuff, Al Capwn's Chicago Typewriter for the Tommy Gun (I was thinking about Russian Typewriter but I didn't know how many people would find that as clever.) Then The Sanitation Dept. as the shotty. That is one of the items I still have after I quit TF2 and gave everything away to a friend.
For me it has to be the Sam & Max items, I dont care what people offer I'm not trading them.

I love this thing (I got it before the vintage thing, but I couldnt find a picture of it so I found the first one on google images)
My Strange Half-Z, I feel in love with this weapon the first time I used it but for some reason I gave up my regular version of it. Then a few days later I saw a guy giving away stranges on a trade servers and I was able to get my first strange and it was of my favorite melee weapons. Now if only I had a defiant PC that could run TF2 without having me lag ten seconds behind everyone else.

White painted vintage tyrolean (not vintage vintage though) and all vintage weapons (kritz/ubersaw/blutsauger) although I usually roll with the strange medigun instead.
