Discuss any and all trickery you have found for the game.

I am on PC, and that gives me a few advantages in terms of being cheeky. I bound the shoulder buttons (using a Dualshock 2 for my gamepad) to the various doubles (1+2, 2+4, etc), which means to do a left-grab I just tap L2. I combined this with a keymapper program that lets me translate button inputs into key presses (needed for Dark Souls 3 and some other games that don't recognize the DS2 controller right) and set the right stick to be the pairings in those directions (Up is 1+2, Right 2+4, etc), and I set R3 to trigger all 4 buttons. This has the side effect of triggering 3 buttons when I go diagonal (Down-left triggers 1+3+4). The way the game handles inputs means that I can hit the right stick diagonally to set off moves needing 1+4.
Combine that controller cheekiness with the input buffering and King's grab chains are trivially easy even with my somewhat sloppy inputs. For example the ridiculously strong Rolling Death Cradle requires the forward, neutral, down, down-right 1+3 (which I can get via flicking the right stick down-left); then you hit and hold 2, hit and hold 1, then tap 3 to get to the second stage, then I just tap L2 for the left-side grab then mash R3 for all 4 buttons and I get it every time. Most of King's chains (generally the most damaging line) can be done just by mashing all 4 buttons, meaning you can rack up the damage quite easily.

I'm far from tournament ready myself, but perhaps some fellows/fellowettes/attackhelicopters at the Escapist have some more helpful advice to make us all better?
