Samus Aran with the glitched beam from super metroid, a fully armed Mega Man X/Zero, Smoke (the Mortal Kombat robot whos finisher involved dropping enough grenades to blow up the whole planet).
Hehe. Amaterasu, Albert Wesker, and Dante (Circa DMC3-4). If you don't like Wesker, put up Wolverine instead I guess.
Amaterasu is inspiration, and critical to any task undertaken. No one does anything unless inspired to do it.
Dante is a great representation of the strength of the human condition, and that power is not measured solely in swords and guns.
And finally you need something primal, something that draws power from the darkness within us all. While Dante can fit into this category, I think you'll find Wesker's lust for power suits it far better, and Wolverine's feral tendencies draw upon the animal humanity once was, (and possibly still is).
It may not surprise anyone to learn that this combo, both variations is also my Dream team in MVC3.
