Heavy Weapons Guy and Strong Bad in the same game? Still not as awesome as the Homestar cast AS the TF2 characters [http://infusions.deviantart.com/art/Homestartress-2-105072164].

More than an actual crossover game, I want to see a merger between the companies behind the products (Penny Arcade being represented by Hothead Games). Imagine the creative output we could get from having Ron Gilbert, half the original LucasArts team, and Valve working together!

Update: A couple of folks have pointed out that Tycho and Heavy Weapons Guy seem to be holding playing cards, which could possibly mean that Telltale is working on a crossover card game. Since the developer's first game was Telltale Texas Hold'em, it's entirely possible that we could see something in that vein.
