Have anyone tryed Terraria, if so what do you think about it.

i have and i think it is awsome.
and can i play the same world on 2 different pc's

Yeah, I have got it and I am loving it. It is kind of what I expect Minecraft to be like in the future, the game is so much more than just a 2D sandbox, it actually feels more like an RPG.

I have seen plenty of vids about it and do you know what my conclusion is?

2D runescape with no quests and more digging.

I mean I enjoy watching it but I think it would be boring as hell to play. Well either boring or really annoying, those slimes seem to be the biggest annoyance.

I am sure there will be loads of things you can craft and use, like guns and grappling hooks have been mentioned alot, I have also heard of bossses but after you have beaten all the bosses and made everything, then what?

From what I have seen, if you have about 4 or 5 guys working quite quickly you can advance really rapidly through the game.

I watched TB mess around for 2 hours and get a trader, cut out the messing around and he probably would have got him in about 30 mins.

While I do prefer it over minecraft 'cos it's more of a game (compared to minecrafts lego set style), I still think it doesn't have a long enough ... campaign?

Though saying that, you could be the latest COD games SP multiple timesbefore completing this once.

I assume this game isn't targeted at me but thats my 2 cents anyway.

Yes it's pretty decent. No it isn't better than minecraft.

Will I play it every time there is a new update? Probably.

Yeah, good luck on that. Minecraft isn't moving towards being an RPG at all. Notch himself has been saying since the early days of development that he has no intention of making it into an RPG.

I would like to have a server up, but ufortunatly i dont have the knowledge that.

but i would be more then happy if one of you guys would make a server for the group (maybe admin status then)

Why not join the group anyway, to besure to get notified when we have a server up and running

Awesome game. Played it fucking flat out for 3 days, shame the developer is such a *****, getting thebestgamerz satirical review taken down. These are the same guys who claimed TF2 was bad because it had 'less graphics than Call of Duty'. It wasn't a serious review and he made it far worse by getting it removed.

But yeah the game itself is very fun, miles better than Minecraft, especially the boss fights. It's not anywhere near as close to Minecraft as Minecraft is to Dwarf Fortress. It's definitely worth 6 fucking pounds, but note that it is far superior online than in single player.

I don't expect Minecraft to be like an RPG, but I expect it to have a lot more things to do like this game, including a lot more enemies and perhaps equipment. I doubt we will ever get spells unfortunately.

i dunno and yeh if u like indie games with the sandbox building/crafting/day fun, night for fighting genre i'd suggest getting it Pbat looks like he's loving it and if I couldn't already have this kind of fun with minecraft I'd get terraria. Might get it if minecraft never gets a grappling hook in the vanilla version. I dunno I just wanna grapple so bad its an awesome ability in games ^^

Did he dig up Gabe Newell's deviant art, facebook page, etc, and comment on his appearance, hobbies, etc though? The review was obnoxious, but wasn't that bad. It was obvious that he was trying hard to come up with stupid things to say. However once he started attacking people for no reason it became a problem.
