Terrible Voice Acting

I couldn't find anything when I searched for this, so I'll make my own.

I was playing Musashi for the PS2 and realized it had some of the worst voice acting I have ever heard. And by worst I mean Musashi, the main character. His voice is so incredibly terrible! He has a "surfer dude" voice that just makes him sound very stupid, no matter what he says. It is a very fun game, but Musashi's voice actor just makes me laugh whenever he speaks.

What are some terrible voice acting decisions that you have experienced?

Same here. Even though it's Jennifer Hale, I still don't understand why people say to choose her over male Shep. She just sounds... off.

Never heard of that game. But I do know it's also a famous swordsman and a Japanese battle ship.

I tend to find it hard to be annoyed with voice acting from other countries. I'm more amused by it then irritated. At least their trying.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I hate dubbed anime if that counts. It's mostly made by Americans which is probably why. Nothing that wrong with Americans it's just the poor poor poor voice actors who clearly haven't ever been to acting school and 4kids. Damn you 4kids.

Tidus from FFX. The main protagonist in a game should not be so damn whiny and clueless. Sure he does get a bit better throughout the story, but when you are charging up your super-overdrive-limit-break-sword-smash-of-doom you lose all your macho points by yelling "eenie meenie minie moe!"

Death Note had a great dub, especially in the potato chip scene.

OT: Probably the nobles in Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate 2. Then again, considering that all the rest was incredible, they were probably meant to be annoying.

I swear, Liam Neeson plays one character, and he sounds decent. The rest of the wasteland is voiced by about five people, and even if they were good voice actors to begin with, you start focusing less on acting and more on "How do I make a voice for another old man?" after a while.

That's nothing compared to Oblivion. At least in Fallout 3 they tried to give different characters different lines, instead of making a pool of lines and then cycling between them.

I really didn't care for Male Shep. He sounded like a zombie who forgot he couldn't talk.

Brothers in Arms series. The games are so fun (excluding Hell's Highway, which is moderatly fun), but the voice acting sucks!
