Text games

Hello Escapists. Im bored so i want to play a text game. Any recommendations beyond Zork? Kinda in the mood for Sci-fi. Much obliged.

My favorite is easily a game I can't recall the name of. Helpful right? There was a game competition some years back where people made games based on entries in HP Lovecraft's commonplace book. I think the website that hosts the games is called the Illuminated Lantern and the contest, the commonplace book project. The game in question is something called...and I always get this wrong...Eclydes? Eucydes? Something like that.

It's short, but it's VERY lovecraftian and I personally thought it brilliant.

I played another about a blind cowboy in a shootout. Also pretty clever.
