No he won't. He can charge at more than a Scout's speed. He'll get around.stinkychops said:He'll need a new weapon to blast jump with.
Well usually I'm just tapping into the interwebs with my mind... but today I happen to be using my Mac!Goldeneye1989 said:you dont have a pc.... how are you talking to us oh great one with unlimited powers!ranger19 said:Ha, this is one of the reasons I wish I had a PC, - so I could play this game and LOTRO. Sounds fun.
This sums up what I was going to spend 5 minutes writing much better. I didn't realize people took TF2 that serious. Counterstrike I get, but Team Fortress is just crazy fun. I had no idea.TOGSolid said:Assuming that people actually care what competitive players think about anything.Jazzyluv2 said:i doubt it will get much use, simply cause the damage output of stickies is beyond any thing else in the game. i mean, carpet bombing in comp is so important, i doubt a demo will give it up for.... the ability to get in close, then get killed by the entire team, with no real dodging capability and no way to ambush, i see this just as a gimmick weapon.

Fair enough, my apologies.Jazzyluv2 said:perhaps winning is fun to us? think of that?Mantonio said:I like it. It will definitely mix things up a little, and the health and speed boosts it gives will perhaps cut down on the amount of sticky spam. Sure it probably won't be used in professional play, but who cares about them anyway? If you're not playing for fun then you've missed the entire point of the game.
Also, the Demoman's name is Tavish Degroot. Who knew?
Dedicating ourselves to mastering a game and more importantly facing another person is more fun to us than simply playing for fun. I find it fun to play on high level, other people dont have the dedication or the talent.
Where are you getting insta-kills from? The update didn't metion anything like that, at all.L3m0n_L1m3 said:+50% fire resistance. +65% blast resistance. Gain health and speed after each INSTA kill.

Don't worry, CnD spies fufill that role wonderfully, but no decapitations unfortunately.rainman2203 said:I for one am looking forward to being a useless member of my team while attempting to decapitate people.

True, your max health is reduced, but I'm still not convinced. However, Valve has yet to fail me, so we shall see.Made with pattern-welded Damascus steel, this melee-slot weapon offers a guaranteed decapitation with every killing blow
Sanvich makes sense. Because you see it in Meet the Scout and Meet the Heavy. You don't see the Sword or Shield in anything.ravensshade said:more bizarre then the sandvich?Radelaide said:This is the most bizarre thing I've ever seen in TF2...
