[spoiler:Mass Effect 2]
Mass Effect 2: The way that Samara disposed of both the Eclipse merc and Morinth. The merc had her neck snapped by a stiletto heel, while Morinth got a biotic punch to the face. Ouch.

I was thinking the Yellow Man raped Jessica Alba while Bruce Willis was incapacitated. It's been so long since I've seen the movie, so I'm not certain.
Almost the entirety of the film Pontypool because that is what makes it actually scary.

If the movie of American Psycho had all of the sexual violence the book has it would have been banned for sure. It's very, very, very graphic and makes your description seem tame in comparison.
American Psycho (the book) was so ridiculous though. There were times when I'd wince and have to put the book down but after a while all the violence was so absurd that it lost all ability to shock. Which I guess was part of the point.
The yahoo answer doesn't really do it justice, he was forced at gun point to do a terrible deed to the prostitute, imagine a pair of pants with a knife sown in somewhere it shouldn't be, it wasn't a very pretty picture after that, it's not like she died instantly either.
But, yea, the whole movie had moments I didn't want to see.
Deadman Wonderland: Any scene they decided to only give us the gory results of. Given that this is a series that doesn't fuck around with the violence it shows on camera (goddamn that eye scene made me squirm) and the fact that the stuff it does off camera always seems to be a bit less "clean" (This is a series about a privately owned prison that is batshit insane with a second prison beneath housing "Deadmen," people who can control blood as a weapon. When I say clean here, that's extremely relative), you'll feel a bit more confortable with it.
The Dark Knight: I don't know why, but that torture scene cut short of the Batman imposter was something I really didn't want to see more of.
*flap flap flap flap flap flap flap flap* Oh, did you say something? I was there already. Oh, and you need too tell them what site it's on for the trolling your doing to work.
6/10, and I do actually flap to /d/, and it awesome.
It's not as bad as some make it out to be, that being said, it's still bad.
If you go there stick to TG, traditional games, and WG, wall papers general. Maybe V, it's videogames, but there's the escapist for that.
In answer to the Se7en question, which has been killed to death, I have the following to say.
The guy was forced to engage in intercourse with the prostitute at gun point, but was forced to use a strap-on knife.
As with everyone else, I'm glad this happened off-screen, along with the other deaths - Gluttony, Pride and Greed.
For people who have seen the movie, you know what I'm talking about.
If you haven't seen it and want to know, I'll post a little spoiler.
Gluttony - Forced to eat, passed the point of full until his stomach actually bursts, and then he's forced to eat more.
Greed - A guy has to cut a pound of flesh from himself. I can't remember why, it's been a while since I've seen the movie.
Pride - A model has her faced slashed up and then bandaged. In one hand is a phone, in the other, a bottle of pills. Her choice is to call for help and live with her scars or give into pride and kill herself.
