The character is, of course, Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Where exactly this picture came from or who drew it however is something that I don't know. Still, I thought it was good enough to make this avatar from it.

Mine? Mine was made by a fellow user and artist extraordinaire Fanboy. He was the one who made Neonbob's avatar, and CMret's old avy. I asked him to make this on while I was a lurker of these forums. Once I started getting recognition for it, I started posting more and more. So, I have him to thank for my beautiful post count.

He didn't implement the top hat and the Escapist "E" though. I asked for someone to put those in at the Avatar store and another fellow use who's name was Samfisher(numbers I forgot) who took up the challenge and implemented both of them perfectly.

It's a painting. It's a giant Samuel L. Jackson with Pulp Fiction hair subbing for the giant head of the Wizard from the Wizard of Oz. My previous one was a painting of noodle from Gorillaz, my favorite band.

I've been meaning to ask, why don't you have "Hazy" written where "Manhunt" is supposed to be?

It would be fitting AND look cool.

OT: Well, it started off when I found this little bugger, also known as the symbol for Ninja Tunes, a English Record Label.

I then made it red with a cross to have it symbolize my membership in The Spanish Inquisition.

Then I modified it to switch between the red and the black.

Then I added more colors.

Replaced the TSI one with another color.

Had others modify the background.

And now we have come to this little thing.

Fanboy, Mr Bacon, Sky14kmea and of course, the one and only Sleekgiant are all to be thanked for the evolution of this glorious avatar.

One day I will buy you all a drink.

Or a castle in the sky if you prefer that.

Got it from One Piece wiki, it's the flag that Brook would have if he was a captain and just her personal flag. He's my fav. character (next to Afro Luffy, not normal Luffy, because while he's cool himself, Afro Luffy is that much better ^^), but there isn't anything else original that I find entertaining enough to represent me as a individual.

Mine was my friend's profile picture for a while. I thought it was pretty funny so I just saved it.

Well mine was originally from a website I found after I typed "Smeghead" into google images to find a good spray for online multiplayer games. I came across it and I really liked it so I used it as my avatar. It was only a month or two ago that, using some freetime on photoshop in a PDM lesson, I improved the resolution, chopped out the two regular e's and replaced them with the Escapist e's.

Oh yes and just for the record it's Arnold Rimmer from Red Dwarf and it seeks to ape the famous Obama posters by adding the appropriate title (Also from Red Dwarf) underneath his photo.
